1. Emergency relief workers from all around the world are helping Turkish victim by sending them water, food, medicine and other things to help them survive these hard times. The most important is drinking water, because the quake destroyed plumbing system and infected water. I admire these workers very much!
2. The strongest earthquake on my territory was in 1895. It was a long time ago and I only read about it and saw photos. Whole town Ljubljana was crushed down and many people died. Since then, no such larger natural disaster happened here. Every few years there are some floods on some parts of Slovenia but fortunately not many people die. But there are some families left without houses.
3. Special bank accounts are opened for such families and we've already donated some money for them. Sometimes we gather some old clothes and take them to organization called Karitas, which also provides such help to these people in natural accidents.
