Taiwanese food is so different from any countries in the world. I like the stinky tofu, smelly tofu, because it is delicious. The stincy tofu which is smelly has cesipy skin. Perhaps many foreigners don’t like it, but most of Taiwanese like it very much. I think it is the top sell in the night market.
I often go to the night market with my family, and we all like to order the stincy tofu to taste the special flavor.
